The Valley is 21 releases by Emaar, from first-generation townhouses to farm-style villas. Here they are grouped by the home you would actually be choosing, with today's prices so you can see where a similar home costs less.

How many homes of each size

Unit counts by bedroom for every release. Farm Grove 1 and 2 use the same plans and are combined. Kaia, Elea, Vindera, Alva 1 to 3 and Ovelle are not included.

Every floor plan

All ${N} layouts across the 20 releases, from Emaar's floor plans. Where Emaar issues one plan as a mirror image, as A and B versions, or under several type numbers for its spot in the row, it is shown once with each version a tap away.

Same plans, shown once per releaseFarm Grove 1 and 2 use the same drawings. Velora, Velora 2 and Venera share one typical plan from Emaar, with average sizes.

Near twinsNara and Talia use almost the same plans: Charm and Cyrus, Palma and Elio, Aston and Pharo, within a few sq ft. Gardenia appears in both Avena and Avena 2.

Same rooms, different lookRivana's Clara and Kai share interiors (Kai has bigger terraces). Orania's Bold and Sleek styles differ by about 50 sq ft.
